By accessing and using the services of Online Trademark Registration, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

We provide professional trademark filing, search, objection handling, and renewal services. While we utilize our expertise to maximize the chances of registration, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome as the final decision rests solely with the Government Trademark Registry.

All service fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Government fees are separate from our professional service charges and are non-refundable once the application is filed.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the trademark registration process will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for delays caused by government processing times or third-party oppositions.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our principal office is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
